Location: Great Falls, MT
Our client is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to act as the main clinical link between patients, staff, and orthopedic providers in an outpatient clinic. This role emphasizes teamwork, high-quality care, and personalized patient support. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical operations, triaging patient calls, assisting with examinations and treatments, managing paperwork, and maintaining clear communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily clinic operations under provider guidance
- Triage patient calls, evaluate needs, and determine care pathways
- Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Manage paperwork, refill prescriptions, and complete authorizations
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team and provide direction
- Record patient vital signs, update records, and prepare for appointments
- Create a safe, collaborative care environment
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Montana RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures and clinical skills
- Proficient in EHRs and office operations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passing background check, drug screening, and health clearance
