Nurse Supervisor

Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

A leading home health agency in Fair Lawn, NJ is in search of a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN) with strong clinical skills to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, implement medical treatments, and assess client needs within a home or assisted living setting. This position is perfect for an experienced RN seeking a part-time leadership role that combines clinical care with coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and document clients’ physical, emotional, and educational needs
• Administer medications and clinical treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate client appointments and therapies
• Report changes in client condition to Director of Nursing and physician
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in quality improvement activities

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• BSN or related degree with 2 years of RN experience
• Experience in home health settings
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Effective communication skills and physical capability for job tasks
