- Experience interacting with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for managing and storing non-conformance data.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, with strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and modern manufacturing processes (metal, composites).
- Proven experience in quality assurance processes, including part qualification, non-conforming material disposition, and continuous improvement projects.
Desired Skills:
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical data to customers and regulatory representatives.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
