We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a Medical Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading medical lab device manufacturer and utilize your extensive lab knowledge as a Technical Support Specialist & trainer. This role will also involve traveling within your region to provide support and training to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle direct problem solving related to reagents, kits, procedures, adaptations, and software upgrades
• Provide training to medical technologists on the use of our instrumentation
• Resolve reagent-based issues
• Utilize your lab knowledge in Post Sales support of our instrumentation
• Represent the company at seminars, conventions, meetings, and wet workshops
• Provide telephone support to machine operators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years lab experience
• ASCP Certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Technologist
• Good Coagulation experience is preferred, and should be detailed on your resume
• Some overnight travel may be required
