Clinical Laboratory Scientist Opening in Boston, MA

Exciting opportunity for Medical Technologists to work with a medical lab device manufacturer in Boston. This position involves utilizing your lab knowledge as a Technical Support Specialist & Trainer, with the chance to travel within your region. You will play a key role during the installation process by providing training and documenting lab procedures.

Location: Boston, MA (New England area)

No relocation available for this position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years lab experience
• ASCP certification required
• Good Coagulation experience preferred
• Must be able to do some overnight travel
• Must reside in the greater Boston, MA area

Responsibilities:

• Provide problem-solving support for reagents, kits, procedures, and software upgrades
• Offer training to medical technologists on instrumentation use
• Resolve reagent-based issues
• Provide post-sales support for instrumentation
• Represent the company at seminars, conventions, meetings, and workshops
• Provide telephone support to machine operators
