Healthcare Tech Support Specialist - Whippany, NJ
A leading manufacturer of clinical laboratory instrumentation is seeking a Healthcare Tech Support Specialist to provide telephone support on clinical lab equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting end users and sales/service people in resolving instrument and reagent related problems.
The ideal candidate for this position must hold a BS in Medical Technology, ASCP Certification, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical technologist with some troubleshooting experience. Additionally, a strong knowledge of coagulation is required.
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Eastern). Only individuals who are U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents with excellent communication skills will be considered. Applicants must be located in the local NJ/NYC area.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually (depending on experience), an annual bonus, and fully paid Medical Benefits for both the employee and their family.
