Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvement
• Work directly with operators, supervisors, and leadership to resolve process issues
• Plan, design, and validate manufacturing processes
• Drive metrics and improvements in key constraint areas

Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in an assembly operation, preferably wood products
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Prior project management experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
