General Summary:

This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design production tooling using 2D and 3D software, such as SolidWorks.
- Implement productivity improvements for current production lines.
- Analyze failures and recommend design changes using statistical methods.
- Design and implement production processes for new and existing products.
- Participate in FMEA processes for product designs and materials.
Education/Experience:
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), at least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience, proficiency in 3D modeling software (specifically SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office, project management experience, and automation knowledge (robotics, PLCs).
