FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

We are seeking a Field Technician to service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for our manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Preferably, you have current or recent experience in the Medical Device industry as a Field Service professional. Your main responsibilities will include servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation
- Establishing a strong customer relations foundation
- Coordinating problem resolution within the Field Support Group
- Maintaining car inventory, including tools and trunk stock (parts)
- Providing basic on-site training on the operation of company instrumentation
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline
- Experience in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting
- Availability for overnight travel
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a field service engineer
- Experience in servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus
- Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for this job
