Field Training Engineer - Whippany, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute training programs for the manufacturer's medical instrumentation, covering electronics, electro-mechanical systems, software, and operational procedures.
• Deliver training sessions either in person at the Northern NJ Training Center or at customer facilities, or through virtual or streaming platforms.
• Possibility of up to 10% travel for training purposes.

Requirements:

• BS degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and conducting training programs.
• Knowledge of Database Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from management, clients, and the general public.
• Write reports, procedure manuals, and business correspondence.
• Provide lectures on installation, safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming.
• Administer written and practical examinations and provide employee grades to the Training Coordinator.
• Ensure that the training department's equipment is in good working condition.

Base Salary: $70K to $89K (depending on experience) plus annual bonus.
