Facility Services Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Facilities Services Account Executive will be responsible for growing the Facility Services Business by securing new multi-year service agreements that encompass on-site facility management, energy services, and our traditional HVAC & Electrical Assured Service Programs.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential customers who are suitable for a Facility Services Agreement. Target customers typically include CEOs, CFOs, or COOs of companies with over 250,000 square feet of space.
  • Evaluate potential customers to determine if our business approach and timing align with their corporate culture and business needs.
  • Lead a team in defining the scope of work, reviewing financial data, and developing a financial model that demonstrates the cost-effectiveness of our approach. The scope of work may generate a capital Energy Services project that complements the Facility Services Agreement.
  • Collaborate with the Energy Services team to identify joint opportunities, where Energy Services is engaged on the capital side of the project while the Facility Services Team Leader is involved in the Facility Services Agreement.
  • Present a comprehensive proposal outlining the Facility Services Agreement program, including both the financial and intangible benefits for the customer.
  • Successfully close the Agreement and coordinate with Operations to facilitate the transition to the Facility Services Agreement.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Complete all necessary company paperwork for booking, commission, sales forecasting, and contact management systems.
  • Perform any other assigned duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. However, the individual may have to lead an ad-hoc team on a job-by-job basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in business-to-business solution sales.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

The candidate must be able to climb ladders and walk extensively to assess job sites. Additionally, a valid driver's license is required to commute from the office to job sites.
