Senior Concrete Estimator

Job Duties

We are seeking a highly skilled individual responsible for conducting detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in the Los Angeles area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
• Excellent understanding of man hour production rates for various formwork systems and types, placing and finishing tasks based on historical data.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift / On Screen Takeoff is a plus.
• Experience with Model Based Estimating is a plus.

Our portfolio includes notable projects such as the New Tom Bradly International Terminal, Wilshire-Curson 32-story high-rise residential tower, The Source 2,700 car parking structure, Gilead Pharmaceuticals Corporate Campus and Distribution Center, and more. We prioritize candidates with experience in large-scale projects and proficiency in using management software. Our contracts range from $15 million to $150 million, and we exclusively work on lump sum fixed price contracts with full responsibility.
