Job Profile:

The Mobile Applications Sales Manager will be responsible for selling the Innergy app to enterprise-level organizations. The ideal candidate is a high-achieving and collaborative B2B sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. They should have experience in building customer relationships, leveraging C-Level and senior stakeholder connections, and crafting creative deals.

Since the primary buyers are senior HR executives, the ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of benefits and HR priorities that influence purchasing decisions. The Sales Manager should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and overseeing client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs by engaging with enterprise stakeholders
  • Establish partnerships with clients to secure new business and expand accounts
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate and execute outbound sales strategies
  • Build relationships with Benefits and HR leaders to close deals
  • Conduct extensive research on target accounts to expand territory
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and revenue forecasts in Salesforce
  • Deliver tailored presentations on Innergy's value to prospective customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and provide expert insights to prospects

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in B2B enterprise subscription sales
  • Strong skills in pipeline generation and outbound prospecting
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise-level deals in complex sales cycles
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to build trusting relationships both internally and externally
  • Successful history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Resourcefulness in managing a strategic sales pipeline
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and outreach
  • Excellent presentation skills targeting VP+ level stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience in HR/benefits selling
  • Experience in subscription-based selling of wellness products

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience closing B2B subscription sales, preferably in wellness-based mobile applications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise selling
