District Manager

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience overseeing multiple units in industries such as retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operations, with responsibility for managing 10 or more locations.

  • Looking for an individual who prioritizes integrity and possesses strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.


Supervisory Role

  • Passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional talents to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

  • Gathering customer feedback and addressing any service-related issues.

  • Collaborating effectively with team members and other leaders to meet objectives and successfully implement business initiatives. Serving as a knowledgeable resource for operational and customer-related matters.

  • Expanding a successful store portfolio through market analysis and implementing district-level strategies tailored to each store's strengths and opportunities.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plan, and other revenue sources.

  • Monitor controllable expenses to maximize return on investment for each store.

  • Conduct semi-annual audits and facility checklists, report findings to division office, and ensure necessary actions are taken.

  • Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports and profit and loss statements, addressing district performance trends and issues.

  • Access external resources for district-wide operations and to execute district and regional initiatives in areas such as human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing.
