We are in search of an experienced Sales Director who specializes in MedTech Compliance to oversee business development and revenue growth throughout North America. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Global Engineering and R&D services or Quality and Regulatory consulting, along with a passion for sales and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth within the MedTech sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with current clients while identifying new opportunities within Quality & Regulatory services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their regulatory and quality needs within the MedTech industry.
- Lead business development activities, including client meetings, negotiations, and proposal creation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing, and leadership, to ensure successful client engagements.
- Travel extensively throughout North America for client meetings, industry events, and business expansion initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in either Global Engineering and R&D services or Quality and Regulatory consulting within the MedTech industry.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management.
- Strong understanding of Quality & Regulatory standards in the MedTech field.
- Ability to cultivate relationship-based sales and expand existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Client Partner, Onsite Coordinator, or Senior Program Manager, coupled with a passion for sales.
- Experience working with global teams and a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
