Location: Great Falls, Montana
We are collaborating with a top-tier healthcare system in Montana to recruit a skilled clinical leader for their cardiovascular services division. We are currently in search of a qualified Director of Cath Lab to oversee the daily clinical, operational, and financial aspects of the department in Great Falls, Montana.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading the Cath Lab Department in developing and executing high-quality cardiovascular services. You will supervise patient care management, resource allocation, and compliance with regulations while working closely with the COO, Cath Lab Medical Director, and other cardiovascular leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day clinical operations in the Cath Lab to ensure excellent patient care management, efficient resource utilization, and smooth clinical workflows.
- Manage departmental budgeting, fiscal planning, staffing, and equipment maintenance for operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations, as well as accrediting body standards.
- Lead specialized clinical projects and serve as a subject matter expert within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Applied Science in Cardiovascular Technology (AAS-CV).
- Licensure & Certifications: RN license in Montana, RCIS or RCES certification, BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Clinical & Leadership Experience: 10+ years in a Cath Lab or EP setting, 2+ years in clinical management preferred.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds using proper techniques and operate within a sterile environment.
