Daytime RN Desk Nurse / Assistant RN Supervisor

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday

An esteemed, mission-focused senior healthcare organization in Connecticut is in need of two collaborative and clinically adept Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers to work closely with Lead Unit Managers in overseeing unit operations.

In this joint clinical-administrative leadership position, you will collaborate with the Lead Unit Manager to supervise daily care delivery, clinical documentation, processing of physician orders, and unit workflows within specified resident units (1 assigned to the upstairs two units, 1 to the downstairs two units). This opportunity is perfect for an experienced RN in long-term care seeking structured management responsibilities on weekdays without the burden of full administrative duties.
