Corporate Recruiter (100% onsite)

We are looking for an In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting recruiting efforts at all locations, sourcing and recruiting candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media sites, and networking groups. You will also be responsible for pre-screening potential candidates and presenting them to the Hiring Manager for review and interview. In addition, you will handle administrative duties related to recruiting, such as creating and posting positions, scheduling interviews, coordinating testing, and assisting in the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate for this role should have outstanding organization and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and be a self-starter. We are looking for someone with advanced knowledge of recruiting across social media platforms, who can effectively build our employer brand and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

- Source passive candidates using relevant tools and platforms

- Leverage professional associations, networking, and recruiting events to generate diverse candidate slates

- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs

- Oversee internal and external communication to maintain a positive employer reputation

- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and employment agencies

- Analyze existing recruitment procedures and identify areas for improvement

- Evaluate resumes and screen candidates for open positions

- Hire, retain, and develop the right people

- Maintain staffing levels and reduce fill times

- Increase new hire quality and potential levels

- Work with Managers to fill open positions with the right candidates

- Identify candidates with potential for development

- Provide a workforce that contributes to the growth of the organization

- Reduce the dependency on contingent workforce

- Conduct job studies and construct selection criteria

- Conduct recruitment efforts for various personnel

- Manage internal and external postings

- Assist staff members in creating job-related interview questions

- Check applicant references and draft offer letters

- Maintain compliance with employment regulations

- Participate in orientation programs for new employees

- Build bench strength and ensure a strong employment selection process

- Assist in tracking employee onboarding and job documentation

- Track recruitment key performance indicators

- Conduct new employee stay meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sourcing
