Our client is seeking skilled CNC Swiss Lathe Machinists for a key manufacturing company. This is a DP position with the opportunity for temp to hire. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, with a preference for Aerospace experience.
Job Description:
- Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications for CNC Star Swiss Lathes
- Perform setup, operations, and adjustments of machines
- Conduct inspections of machined parts
- Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc. for inspections
- Change offsets, tools, and perform G-Code edits
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines
- Setup machines to optimize performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of setup experience
- 2+ years of working with Swiss Lathe Machines
- Tool making experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
