Our financially stable and profitable client is currently seeking Account Managers to join their internal sales team. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in a designated territory. Your primary role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts within an established territory, serving as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters
- Continuously grow sales within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contacts, understanding their objectives and proactively identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and product/service delivery
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with customers to provide updates on account status, performance, and future plans
- Identify and address customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with Sales Manager to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to travel to your territory a minimum of 5 days per quarter, with occasional trade show attendance
- Proven experience in Account Management or sales within the healthcare sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
