About the Opportunity

Our client is in search of a reliable and experienced A/B Automotive Service Technician to become a part of our team. We require a proficient technician who values high-quality work, can precisely diagnose and repair vehicles, and is at ease working autonomously in a fast-paced automotive service setting.

This is a full-time position with compensation determined by experience, technical expertise, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Carry out general automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust repairs.
• Conduct engine and cooling system diagnostics and repairs.
• Identify check-engine lights and other vehicle warning systems.
• Perform tune-ups, fluid services, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles and pinpoint necessary or recommended repairs.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations accurately.
• Efficiently complete repairs while upholding high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to proper safety protocols and shop policies.

Qualifications

• Prior professional automotive repair experience is mandatory.
• Preference for A-Level or B-Level technician experience.
• Exceptional mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Aptitude to troubleshoot and repair various vehicle makes and models.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• ASE certifications are beneficial but not obligatory.
• Dependability, professionalism, and commitment to quality service are essential.

Tools Required

Technicians must furnish their own tools and toolbox.

Specialty or shop equipment will be provided as needed.

Compensation

Pay will differ depending on experience, skill level, certifications, and overall technical competency. Experienced A-Level technicians will receive appropriate compensation.
