Role:

The Oracle Cloud HCM Developer will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and integration efforts. Responsibilities include development, configuration, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.

Location:

This position is available on-site in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Some relocation assistance is offered for non-local candidates.

Required Background:

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Developer experience
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Experience in enterprise implementations and system transitions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Legally authorized to work in the USA
