CNC Controls Technician Job Opening

Location: East Hanover, NJ

Please Note: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens who can communicate effectively in English. Only candidates from the local NJ/NYC area will be considered. Residence within commuting distance of East Hanover, New Jersey is required. This is a Field Service role with a company vehicle, so a clean driving record is a must.

Job Requirements

• Can you troubleshoot electronics to the component level?
• Do you have experience with PLCs and Motor Controls?
• Do you have Field Service experience?
• Do you have an 18-month technical certification or an Associate's Degree?
• Can you work well with minimal supervision?

To qualify for this position, you need to have knowledge/experience with Panel Wiring, PLCs, HMI, Motor Drives, Control Systems, Variable Frequency Drives, and related equipment. Experience in troubleshooting electronics to the component level is a plus. The company specializes in designing, installing, and servicing a variety of control systems and electronic drives. You will be a valuable member of their regional service team.

This company has a strong reputation in the industry with over 40 years of experience. There is potential to earn an additional $20,000 annually through overtime. Applicants will undergo testing on reading schematics, troubleshooting to the component level, as well as background checks and drug screening.

Starting Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience), plus overtime (adding another $10,000 - $20,000 annually) and a company vehicle.
