Job Description:

The Supervisor Production Operations oversees and coordinates manufacturing team activities to ensure the safe and efficient production and shipment of high-quality products that meet customer requirements. This role involves providing leadership, promoting continuous improvement, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Inspire trust and respect while providing leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve team goals.
• Take responsibility for team performance and promptly resolve any issues.
• Determine work procedures, create schedules, and streamline workflow.
• Ensure a solid grasp of production-planning systems.
• Supervise and uphold quality procedures, including inspection documentation, engineering variations, and quality program training.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience working in an ISO-certified quality environment.
• Prior manufacturing supervision experience.
• Experience developing written procedures and instructions.
• Ability to address customer product issues proactively.
